Norway
Norway Hydroelectric Dam is located near Monticello, Ind., on the Tippecanoe River. The dam creates Lake Shafer - approximately 10 miles long with a maximum depth of 30 feet - which functions as its reservoir. Norway has four generating units capable of producing up to 7,200 kW of electricity per hour.
